Modern has 6 years of experience in credit management and loan recoveries. Before joining Mango Fund, he worked at Tugende Ltd as a Collections Team Leader. He was later selected as an expatriate for Tugende Limited Kenya expansion program where he spearheaded the setting up and management of Tugende operations in a new market of Kenya. Modern also worked as a Loans Officer at Kitagata Financial Co-Operatives Savings and Credit Services managing client portfolios, ensuring timely payments, and supporting clients in financial planning.

He joined Mango Fund Inc. as a Junior Recoveries and Collection officer in October 2023. Modern holds a Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting and Finance from Cavendish University and a Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) from Makerere University Business School.
