Atuhaire Jacintah Mwesigwa joined Mango Fund Uganda in January 2026 as an Investment Officer, bringing over 10 years of experience in credit management, customer relations, and SME financing. She supports the sourcing, assessment, and management of investment opportunities that enable small and medium-sized enterprises to scale sustainably.

Before joining Mango Fund, Jacintah built a strong career across several reputable financial institutions. She worked as a Loans Officer at BRAC Uganda, an SME Senior Loans Officer at Letshego Uganda, a Branch Supervisor at Premier Credit Uganda and Platinum Credit Uganda, and later as an Enterprise Relationship Manager at EFC MDI. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in credit appraisal, portfolio management, risk analysis, and client relationship management.

Jacintah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Education from Kyambogo University. She is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, supporting business growth, and delivering sustainable financial solutions that contribute to inclusive economic development across East Africa.
