Lule Ben joined Mango Fund in March 2026 as an Investment Officer. He brings over a decade of experience in credit management, SME financing, and branch operations across Uganda’s financial services sector.

Prior to joining Mango Fund, Lule worked as a Loans Officer at Premier Credit (2015–2017). He later served as Branch Manager at Anchor Credit in 2018 before joining EFC MDI as a Relationship Manager (2018–2021), and subsequently as Branch Manager (2021–2024). He also worked with Platinum Credit as Zonal Coordinator – SME Business and later as Regional Manager – SME Business (2024–2025). Most recently, he served as Business Manager at Anchor Credit from July 2025 to February 2026.

Throughout his career, Lule has developed strong expertise in portfolio growth, credit risk management, SME business development, and team leadership, consistently supporting entrepreneurs and driving sustainable business performance.

Lule holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing and Information Management from Ndejje University.
