Sophia joined Mango Fund in 2017 as an internship trainee who was later appointed as an Assistant Financial Analyst in July 2019 and promoted to an investment Analyst in 2025. As an investment Analyst she is responsible for analyzing all client loans to determine the viability of the client businesses for funding.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and is a certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is meticulous, committed and passionate about helping entrepreneurs better understand the market and financial dynamics of their businesses with the aim of fostering growth
