Andy Mills is the former Co-Chairman of the Grace & Mercy Foundation.

Andy had previously been Executive Chairman and Co-CEO of Archegos Capital Management, CEO of the Thomson Financial and Professional Publishing unit of The Thomson Corporation, where he was also a member of the Board and Manager at the Boston Consulting Group. Andy also served on the Boards of Verisk Analytics Inc. and Grab Holdings.

Andy is a co-founder and member of the Board and Investment Committee of the Mango Fund in Uganda, and a member of the Board of Scripture @ Work. Andy was previously the Co-Chair of the Theology of Work Project, a member of the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army’s Greater NY Division, the President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The King’s College, and a member of the Board of Gospel Volunteers Inc.

Andy received his MA from Oxford University and his MBA from Harvard University. Andy lives in Winchester, MA with his wife Gail. They have two children and four beautiful granddaughters. When not working, Andy loves spending time with his family, fishing, hiking and traveling.
