George Veth is a strategist and facilitator with a career spanning corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. He specializes in aligning teams and organizations to execute strategy and drive measurable impact.

George began his career building and leading consulting firms focused on business analytics and performance management, growing one into a successful enterprise that was later acquired by a private equity firm. He then transitioned to impact investing, founding the Mango Fund to provide financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in Uganda.

For six years, George worked with the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, where he facilitated strategy sessions with city leaders to address complex social challenges. He led city visits and guided cross-sector collaboration efforts to drive meaningful impact.

In 2023, George joined the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where he launched the Office of Strategy Management to unify strategic planning across 11 agencies and MassHealth, introduce performance measurement practices, and oversee quarterly progress reviews.

A firm believer in structured problem-solving and collaborative leadership, George especially enjoys working with small business entrepreneurs to help them grow their companies. When not working, he spends time reading nonfiction and exploring the Massachusetts coastline with his wife.
