Mango Fund has and implements an internal staff training and development plan that ensures that all Mango Fund employees upskill or progress into roles. As part of this development plan all Mango Fund Uganda staff in the month of August 2022 participated in a four-day refresher training in Portfolio Management.

This training was conducted from 15^th – 18th August 2022 by a team of facilitators from Best Africa Consults and it was fully funded by a grant from IDF.  During the training there was maximum participation from the team and the entire Mango Fund team is committed to see that the loan portfolio Quality of the Company is Improved.
