All Mango Fund staff participated/ attended a three-day training in Credit & Risk Management from 23rd – 25th September 2024. This training was facilitated by Geoffrey Karubanga the key Director of Best Africa Consults and a certified trainer with the Uganda Institute of Bankers. We believe that this training will help Mango Fund staff establish a risk-based approach to thinking by using tools learned in the training to develop strategies and processes to mitigate risks in the Mango Fund operations.
