All staff participated/ attended a two-day refresher course in client Management (customer care).This training was conducted from 17th – 18th November 2023; it was facilitated by Geoffrey Karubanga the key Director of Best Africa Consults and a certified trainer with the Uganda Institute of Bankers. We believe that this training will increase Mango Fund Clientele, further improve our customer service and accordingly grow the Mango Fund loan book.
